WHY DO WE CRY?:

        We cry when we feel more happy or sad about something. Feeling anxiety, lonely or other physical pain also makes us cry. Cry is also an effect of a psychological condition.

SCIENCE BEHIND CRYING:

       Our tears are produced by the LACRIMAL glands present just above the eyelids, which produces tears to protect our eye and provide moisture.

TEARS:
        The tears produced by the Lacrimal gland is a mixture water, lipids, some enzymes, Sodium and potassium. Usually our tears is salty in taste due to the presence of Sodium and Potassium salts. There are three types of Tears :

* BASAL TEARS
*REFLEX TEARS
*EMOTIONAL TEARS

Basal Tears : which are tears that continuously produced by the gland to clean and protect our eyes. It also fights against Bacteria.

Reflex Tears : This type of tears is produced due to external factors like dust, smoke, onion or other foreign particles. It is produced in larger amount than Basal Tears.

Emotional Tears: It is one of the most import type of tears which is produced due to strong feelings like happiness or sadness or physical pain. Studies show that emotional tears reduces stress by eliminating  the stress hormones from our body, like
Leucine Enkephalin a natural painkiller which makes us feel better after crying. So this type of tear make us a little stress-free. The first ever crying emoji was introduced in October 2010, and was officially named as "Face with Tears of Joy"  😂.

"WHEN YOU CRY DON'T STOP YOUR TEARS, AFTER A WHILE WIPE YOUR TEARS AND SEARCH FOR WAYS TO SOLVE YOUR PROBLEMS."
                                              "GOOD LOOK"
