DIAMOND:
Diamond is the crystal form of the element Carbon, it is one of the Rare material which make it more expensive. Russia is the top most country in the extraction of diamond through mining. Diamond is measured by the unit Carat (1 Carat= 0.2 grams).
Diamond rain:
The planets Jupiter and Saturn, the fifth and seventh planet in our solar planet have diamond rain. But how could diamond fall as rain? The process starts from Methane gas, when powerful lightning strikes the Methane gas it would turn into Carbon soot which is a sticky material formed due to incomplete combustion (burning) of Carbon, this soot fall down due to intense heat and pressure the carbon turns into Graphite on further falling the graphite would be changed Diamond, these diamond moves more deep and due to extreme temperature they will melt. The Scientist also believe that both in Uranus and Neptune there is a chance to have diamond rain, but we don't know much about those planets.
DIAMOND RAIN IN EARTH:
What would happen when there is diamond rain in Earth? If there is diamond rain in Earth it would be the worst thing because diamond is a hard substance and when it would fall from the sky it would damage our infrastructures and even we can't walk during a rainy day because it would hurt us, and we may eventually die. If the diamond fall as rain it would become most common substance, and it would never be expensive.
